As you can see the latest ICS updates on EVO 3D makes the battery life extended to more than one day. Previously the statistics is much more lower. Great job HTC.

Nova Launcher vs Sense on EVO 3D.

Here is a simple comparison between using a Nova Launcher and HTC Sense. When using Nova Launcher, music is played using Google Play Music because I can play it using widgets on home screen. But once I off the screen, you will realize that I need to unlock the screen if I want to pause or skip the music.

With HTC Sense, music can be played using default player as widgets available on home screen. And once I turn on the screen, I do not need to unlock the screen to pause or skip tracks.

Here I would like to discuss one of the HTC Sense functionality that mostly people doesn't realize. Since Sense 3, this function already embedded. This is how it works. In certain situation, when you are talking on the phone, and half way you want to talk using the loud speaker, normally people will find the loud speaker button.

But with HTC Sense, simply flip the phone and place on flat surface and it will change to loud speaker mode without finding or pressing the loud speaker button.

Now we are talking about the conveniences that HTC Sense offer to you.

It is very difficult to find a HTC phone in Seoul. As you know Samsung was made in Korea. The only device I saw, in fact is a dummy phone at the stall selling headset plugs.

HTC Sense enlarge the text you pointed.

Here is a wonderful feature that HTC Sense has. When you selecting text you will use your finger to point to the text. You will realize that your finger will be hiding the text from your view. In order to look carefully what are you pointing, you will move your head forward to have a peek.
(try it at any of your android phone and you will understand more)

With HTC Sense, it makes it easier for you to see as it will enlarge the area that you are pointing.

This makes sense.

It's time to get a Beats.

I found out that beats audio headset has drop. Walking pass by machine (apple reseller), I saw the price of solo hd has gone down from MYR 1180 to MYR 790, beats pro from MYR 1980 to MYR 1550, beats studio from MYR 1680 to MYR 1200. Even iBeats has gone from MYR 510 to MYR 410.

It's this has something to do with the way HTC slashing price when you purchase the new HTC One S? Beats Solo for MYR 790 (retailed at MYR 999) and urBeats for mere MYR 1 from their promotional truck.

Or is Apple reseller doesn't want to sell products from as HTC owned company?

HTC Evo 3D Ice Cream Sandwich updates.

Early this year HTC announced that Evo 3D will upgraded to ice cream sandwich 4.0 around June-July.

Here is the screenshot of ice cream sandwich updates on my HTC Evo 3D.

The updates was awesome. Running on 4.0.3 and HTC sense 3.5 the battery performance is enhanced. And running smoothly.

HTC flyer honeycomb update.

HTC flyer initially runs on Android gingerbread 2.3.4 . Slightly after Ice Cream Sandwich is released, HTC were working for updates on honeycomb for flyer. It was a quite long waited updates. However HTC keeps his promise and the update was a success.

Unlike the 7 inch tablet from Samsung, the first generation of Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 is still running on 2.3.4 and updates for honeycomb is impossible.

However HTC flyer will not be upgraded to ice cream sandwich as HTC announced.

HTC Sense music widget.

HTC Sense comes with a good music player. This screen shot shows the music player widget on my HTC Evo 3D home screen (Sense 3.0). When you use a HTC device, music player widget comes integrated with Sense. There for you don't have to download 3rd music player (free or purchase) doesn't it convenience? HTC Sense does make sense.

Beats Audio UrBeats for HTC

Ok, this is the Urbeats for HTC devices. Comes with remote control for picking up calls, and skip music track forward and backward. Similar to iBeats which comes with remote control compatible with iPhones, however this HTC UrBeats is cheaper compare to iBeats. In Malaysia iBeats were sold for MYR510 (at Machine) but I found a shop in Midvalley selling UrBeats for HTC only for MYR330.

HTC gives their user more affordable superior quality ear piece.

By the way you can get your free UrBeat black color when you buy HTC Sensation XE or white color UrBeats for HTC Sensation XL.

HTC One X with Beats Audio.

HTC One X with Beats Audio, gives us authentic sound experience. I have a Beats Audio Solo HD and UrBeats both works well and I have never try before experience in listening to music.
